Cemetery #1 Candelaria, NV This is a grave site in one of Caldelaria's two cemeteries. Only a few of the graves have stone monuments, the rest had wooden markers, which have long since weathered to dust. The marker reads: A. O. U. W. In Memory of Samuel L. Gaunce Native of Nova Scotia Died Jan. 20, 1884 Aged 33 Years
