Roy's Diner Amboy, CA This landmark along old Route 66 seems to be a required shot for passing night photographers. This must be a common enough event that the two watch dogs behind the fence near the diner perked up and only gave a bored sounding 'woof' or two before settling back to sleep, leaving me to my work. (If you ever pass this way in the daytime, be sure to stop by the diner - good Milk Shakes...)
